According to the manga and the anime, they never marry. Akira never mentioned them getting married, either.
Goku and ChiChi are the only two that I remember that got married. Honestly, GoChi isn't the best pairing, but it's alright. Goku kinda does care about Chii, but she can give less than a crap about him.
Gohan and Videl, I think they got married. Videl signs something and she check off married, I think.
Krillin and 18 married fo sho, you can pretty much tell.
But to you VB fans, get over it. VEGETA AND BULMA NEVER MARRIED. Bulma never calls him her 'husband' just 'Vegeta'.
If Vegeta was married to her, he'd LOVE to show off to Goku that he was married. But he never calls her anything more than 'the woman' and 'servant' and very rarely 'Bulma'. Actually, he did refer to her as his wife once, but seriously people? That's where all the fans go crazy and yell "OMG KAWAII HE LOVES HERRRR!!!!! HOW DO YOU THINK TRUNKS WAS BORN???? HOW DO YOU THINK BRA WAS BORN???"
Honestly, this is going to turn into another rant. What I predict is that Bulma used his body while he was unconscious, and it's the best thing we've got for this, seeing that Vegeta DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT HER. Maybe in the sense of 'she's mine'. But I've seen more possessive than THAT.
Like all those times that Vegeta crashes something just to mention that Goku is his b----.
Even Mirai TRUNKS says they don't marry. And that dude CAN SEE TEH FUTURE.
I'm not stating much opinion in this, IT'S PURE UTTER FACT. THEY NEVER GET MARRIED, SO PLEASE STFU ABOUT THE CEREMONY OF TWO FICTIONAL CHARACTERS, BECAUSE YOU MUST REALIZE THAT CEREMONY IS MORE FICTIONAL THAN THE CHARACTERS THEMSELVES.
