ive had camp all week and today we dove for teh ball a lot i have burns up and down my sides and legs and elbows and bruises all over it sux now who ever says vball isnt hard is crazy

ya beach vball is hard ive plaid before this week is two a days and we have this drill called 6 on 3 and im always on the side wit three people and that side 8is nothing but runnin and divin and now my shoulder hurts liuke hell burns all over me from divin no skin on one of my legs and bruises all over me it hurts and i have two a dqays for three more weeks
