women's soccer?
-
Yeah
-
It doesn't seem too competative. Compared to men's soccer. Marta stands out the most but really nobody else. Hope Solo's also a pretty good goalkeeper.
-
Whoo!
I don't really care, just when you think about it, they deserve it, with all of the bad things lately, they deserve something to be happy about. -
Thank you Tongue

Women's soccer consists of alot more mistakes. Defenses will give up the ball in their own followed by a number off target shots.
they lack play build-up, footskills, accuracy, and it just doesn't look natural compared to men's soccer.
of course I'm going to sound sexist, but almost all soccer fans would agree with me. I don't intend too, but men are typically stronger so te game becomes more competative. Believe me, 've played girls in soccer before.
But yes the final for the mens sucked last year. -
Don't make me put my hand on my hip....SO I SNATCH YOUR FREA-

what?

I also want to throw out that both the USA's mens and womens sides had great runs. Itwas pretty dramatic. I remember I cried after the USA vs Algeria. That game was so awesome.

tongue AdvancedTalk to me when the men's team does what the women's team does. I don't care about a tie-breaking goal AT THE LAST MINUTE, IN GROUP PLAY, AGAINST ALGERIA. What the hell has freaking Algeria even done? Nothing, and our men barely beat them. Our women have gotten to at least the final every year since 1999, when THEY ACTUALLY WON THE WHOLE DAMN THING. Obviously my point of veiw is very American and I'm not a soccer expert, but that's the point really.

It's because it's more balanced for mens soccer.
women's soccer consists of 3 probably 4 now powerhouses, the rest suck. It's not that hard to reach the semis each year. Take a look at some of the teams there. you heard records in the group stages about how this was their first ever goal in world cup history for this side, first ever point recorded for this team. It's not close to mens soccer. And the US still makes dumb mistakes. Ally Krieger passes the ball to the Japanese players on the 6 in the 82nd minute? C'mon, really? And you think the mens team is that bad?
