Since I was born with a uterus, I have periods and the cramps are awful. Ibuprofen just flat out doesn't work for me. My parents said all the cramp meds are just fancy ibuprofen. I don't really care, I just want to stop the pain. I use a heating pad but those don't always help.

NO PAIN NO GAIN
FOR BIGGEST MUSCLE GET PAIN -
I stretch and do uber light exercises. It may seem like a husk but it helps.

I started taking twice as much ibuprofen and it helps more

But too much painkillers are bad for your kidneys. Have you tried warm drinks?
