Everyone says I'm skinny. Everyone. But I look at myself everyday and see that I have a muffin top. Why do I have one? I am so disgusted at myself I can't take it anymore. I can't. I lost 30 lbs exercising and dieting. The reason why I did it was to lose the muffin top and so nothing will hang. But it still does. I am only 102 lbs now but it is still there. I don't think I should lose more weight. My parents are trying to get me to eat more but I don't want it to go towards my stomach. I can't even exercise as much as I used to. I don't know what to do. Please help me. Please someone just tell me something I can't take this anymore. Why does my stomach still look like this? Why? Im so miserable and angry I hate my body I can't take this anymore please help me tell me how to get rid of this muffin top. I can't live like this anymore I can't I feel so vain for crying about this but I can't help it. Someone please help me somehow.

Don't go too skinny dude.
Daleks did (mum had cancer, she didn't eat much) and she occasionally passed out due to low blood sugar. -
I'm not sure if it is fat or loose skin, it's probably both. I don't want to get too skinny I just want a stomach without a muffin top

If you lost a lot of weight fast then it might be loose skin which would unfortunately be difficult to get rid of.

If you were not very overweight before then it might just be fat. Stomach fat is the hardest to lose (beside face fat) and it requires having a very good diet and excising right, so there is no need to get angry.
Mostly it's because of the diet; for example, the unnecessary sugar gets automatically stocked in the waist/belly. I eat a lot of sugar so I know -
One question. Are your limbs skinny?

If so, you most likely are malnourished and/or have low muscle mass.

From what I've learned, its best to train the muscles in that area. Dont diet too much. Eat a lot, but eat a lot of healthy stuff. To build muscle, youll need calories to burn. Try doing exercises that focus on the lower abdomen and make sure to fo them often. By strenthening a specific area and targeting the muscles there with blasts of intense exercises daily, youll be able to get it flat. Just remember, diet is everything. You cant do anything without fuel. Just make sure you use good fuel
