So yesterday I was training for steeplechase, and I was using the boys' barrier height instead of the girls' (it's a couple inches taller), and I tripped going over and twisted my ankle badly. I've been icing it a lot, but it doesn't feel much better. Any tips on how to fix it? I have a very important track meet tomorrow.

Obviously consult a medical professional, you can massage it, relax it with tiger balm and heat, but from my experience if you run it you will almost certainly tear something without giving it the rest it needs. If your still aching tommorow you should seriously consider skipping

Yeah, I guess I'll use tiger balm (plus it smells good!). I can't skip the meet because it's a qualifying meet, though.

Yay my ankle is better. I just wrapped it up so it would be stable and ran on it anyway. But now it doesn't hurt at all. It's the fourth time I've sprained an ankle though (twice on each).
