Oh I guarantee you I would own anybody on this site when it comes to knowledge of fitness. And when it comes to experience I might not have been working out as long as them but I promise I'm in better shape.

You may be a lot smarter then I think, but what im judgeing is your ability to advise someone on fitness. I doubt you know much because of the way you tend to rep on yourself with ridiculously pointless and cliche claims.
The extreme granduer and attitude you have about yourself when posting in this forum is what I mean by running your mouth..acting like you're beyond question, and obviously that fit and so forth.
I dont mean to make you feel mentally inferior, but if your gonna ask me why I doubt you have as much knowledge, fitness and experience as you claim in going to tell you -

f--- this. You win I don't feel the need to carry this out. I would just like to end my part by saying I wanted to give people help you know it might not be a lot but it's better than nothing right? I mean none of you jack asses seem to care enough to offer any sort of help. Now as for my experience I have a trainer and he's taught me a lot so I know what I'm talking about thanks to him. And as for me saying I can't take anybody here when I don't know them that's just how confident I am I have faith in the hours I've put in to become who I am today I'm a damn good runner and I'm strong as f--- so somebody would have to be faster than me and stronger in order for me to give in now until this person is presented to me I'm the tastes and strongest person here.

If people want help they'll ask for it. But since its important to you to receive the offer let me give you this advice: your behavior isn't showing confidence. Its showing incompetence and low self esteem.

Yep, I'm pretty sure! You once said that you ran a 2:45 in the 800 meters. I run over fifteen seconds faster. And I'm a girl.

I'm running a 4:53 mile and 11.4 second 100 meters. So I'm pretty sure my time for 800 meters has come down by a lot. I'll run it again and let you know my time.

You can do push ups for arm strength. There are a lot of different types of push ups that target different muscle areas, so you should do a variety of them. Here are a few for example: normal, thumbs-together, wide arm, butt-up (yes, they're literally called that!), star, spider, scorpion, etc.
You should start by doing maybe 10 a day, but as you get stronger, add to that. -
Pretty much what moose here just said. But if ten is to much try five. Also are you just looking for upper body strength or also lower body?
