“Okay- Let me know if it doesn’t go away, or if it gets worse, alright?” Connor asked softly, keeping his gaze on Evan.
-
“‘Kay,” Evan said softly, sighing.
-
Connor smiled, returning to humming softly to the music.
-
“Do you like singing?” Evan asked softly, furrowing his brows a little bit.
-
“Yeah, kinda,” Connor replied, pausing his humming for a moment. “I used to be in choir for school, but then I just kind of stopped-“
-
“Is there a reason why?” Evan asked quietly.
-
“Eh, just wasn’t any good,” Connor said, shrugging a little. “My sister’s the musically talented one in my family.
-
“What’s your sisters name?” Evan asked softly, turning his head a little.
-
“Chloe. She’s a few years younger than me and a freshman,” Connor replied, looking over at Evan again.
-
“Does she go to the same school as you?” Evan asked, rubbing his face with one hand.
-
“Yeah, she does,” Connor replied, nodding.
-
“That’s cool,” Evan said, humming softly.
-
Connor nodded, watching Evan for a moment before going back to humming softly. He moved to sit on the floor beside Evan’s chair, hugging his legs to his chest.
-
“Are you still on the floor again??” Evan said, turning his head.
-
“Yeah- I like sitting on the floor,” Connor replied, chuckling softly.
