Evan mumbled something, turning towards the wall. “You need something?” Evan’s dad asked as Connor came downstairs into the kitchen.

“Yeah, do you have any Tylenol or Ibuprofen? Evan said his head hurts,” Connor spoke, running a hand through his hair.

“Oh! He needs to take his meds, he’s been getting migraines recently, ever since, y’know,” Evan’s dad said, opening a cabinet and searching for a certain medicine.

Connor nodded and moved over to Evan’s dad, an understanding smile on his face. -
Evan’s dad soon handed Connor a small dish of pills. “Have him take all of these- and make sure he takes them. I suspect he hasn’t actually been,” he said, sighing quietly. “And here’s some water if it needs it,” he said, handing Connor an old-looking Spider-man water bottle.

"You got it," Connor replied with a smile, taking the medicine and the water bottle. He headed back to Evan's room and nudged open the door, walking over to the bed. "I have the medicine-"

“Thank you,” Evan mumbled begrudgingly, holding out his hand as he expected one pill.

Connor poured the medicine into Evan's hand then grabbed his other hand gently, handing him the water bottle.

“What the f---?? How much s--- did he give you-“ Evan said, furrowing his brows.

"It's whatever other medicine you're supposed to be taking," Connor replied, crossing his arms over his chest. "He told me to make sure you take all of it."

“Of course he did-“ Evan muttered angrily, opening up his water bottle. “I don’t- he keeps forgetting that I don’t need to take these anymore,” he lied.

"You sure about that? Because from what he said, it sounds like you've been skipping out on taking your meds-"

“Yeah, why would I lie about that? You think I want these migraines?” Evan said angrily.

"Just take the damn medicine, okay?" Connor spoke, glaring at Evan.

“Such a f---ing a--hole,” Evan muttered to himself, taking two of the pills and popping them in his mouth and washing it down with water.
