Clay chuckled softly, curling closer to George with a smile.

“Mm, not that I’m aware of, no~” Clay said with a smile, hugging George closer.

“Good,” George said with a giggle, squeezing Clay.

Clay smiled happily and curled closer to George, humming softly with content.

“Welcome, everyone! I hope you are all well- I have great pleasure to welcome you to this ball,” The king projected his voice from the balcony above the ballroom, where all of the princesses stood. “Please help yourselves to all the appetizers, and dishes. It also gives me great pleasure to introduce my son, Prince Clay. All of you eligible young ladies will have the opportunity to meet and dance with him tonight, and I am sure he will enjoy meeting with every one of you.” -
Clay rolled his eyes as he watched the princesses, not looking forward to dealing with all the girls.

“So, let the ball commence!” The king said, outstretch his arms for a moment before turning to look at Clay. He clapped him on the shoulder as some music started. “Alright, you’ve got a lot to do. It’s only one night, okay? There’s gotta be someone good for you out there.”
