Clay nodded, tears filling his eyes. "I-I really didn't mean to-"

“I know baby, I trust you,” George said, moving a hand to rub Clay’s back.

Clay exhaled shakily, blinking away his tears. He stared at the sandwich and brought it back up to his mouth, taking a small bite.

George sighed softly, running a hand through Clay’s hair and kissing his cheek. “I’m proud of you for eating.”

"Thanks," Clay mumbled quietly, his face heating up a little. He smiled a bit as he reached for the TV remote, putting on a random show.

“I love you,” George whispered, curling close to Clay.

"I love you, too," Clay whispered back, smiling as he rested his head on George's shoulder. He took another small bite of his sandwich, exhaling softly as he watched the TV.

George smiled softly, kissing Clay’s head and massaging his head gently.

Clay let out a content sigh, relaxing into George's touch with a smile.

Clay hummed softly as he set his plate down on the coffee table, pausing the movie on the credits. -
George hummed sleepily, stretching a little. “That wasn’t bad-“

“I love you,” George mumbled, wincing slightly from Clay’s touch.

"Ah, sorry-" Clay said, pulling his hand back. "And, I love you, too~"

George smiled brightly, leaning further onto Clay.
