Casimir glared at his father, who gave a warning look back.
‘Let me check your bathroom.’
Casimir didn’t do well to hide his panic. ‘I-I- you can’t-‘
The king pushed past him and opened the door to his bathroom. -
Georgie froze with fear, pressing their body tightly against the wall as the King walked in.

The king saw Georgie. He narrowed his eyes. ‘Tell me, girl, what are you doing in my son’s bathroom?’
‘Father-‘
‘Shut up, Casimir. I’m talking to your friend.’ -
Georgie swallowed their fear, their hands shaking. “I- I just want t-to congratulate Casimir on the- the marriage-“

‘I told you never to come back to this castle,’ the king growled, grabbing Georgie’s collar.

Georgie yelped in fear, trying to pull free. “L-Let me go!”

‘Father, no-‘
The king shoved Casimir away, dragging Georgie out of the room. ‘Guards!’ he shouted. ‘This is your last chance, you freak. One more time in my castle and you’ll regret it.’ -
“Leave me alone!” Georgi exclaimed, trying to pus the King away.

The king held onto them tightly, then let them go when two guards grabbed Georgie by the arms. ‘Escort her out.’
Casimir watched, a panicked expression on his face. He ran forward but got pushed away by his father. ‘Father-‘
‘One more word out of you and I’ll do a lot worse than kick her out:’ -
“Cas, help me, please-“ Georgie whimpered, a look of horror washing across their face.

Casimir couldn’t take that look. He shoved past the guard and wrapped his arms around Georgie’s torso, tugging them away from the guards. ‘Get away from them!’ he shouted.

Georgie whimpered as he moved away from the guards, clinging to Casimir with fear in his eyes.

Casimir held onto them tightly, not letting the guards or his father come near them.
‘Casimir, let her go. Now,’ the king snapped, reaching out of grab Georgie.
‘No! Don’t you lay a finger on them!’ Casimir shouted, pulling Georgie away from his father. -
Georgie exhaled shakily, burying his face in Casimir’s chest as his whole body began trembling.

‘I’ll escort them out,’ Casimir snapped. The older men backed off as Casimir walked Georgie down the hall, holding them close. ‘You okay, love?’
