Casimir walked out into the garden, trying to find Georgie. He noticed them sobbing by the willow tree and sighed, sitting next to them and wrapping his arms around them. He kissed the top of their head. ‘They don’t speak for me, darling. I love you.’

Georgie clung to Casimir, burying their face in the crook of his neck. "I-I'm sorry, I- I know they d-don't, but-" He let out a shaky sigh, curling closer to his fiance. "I just- what if they're right..."

Casimir sighed softly, rubbing their back. ‘They’re so wrong, my darling. I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with you.’

Georgie exhaled shakily, sniffling softly. "I- I want to s-spend the rest of m-my life with you, too, C-Cassie," she said through her quiet cries, moving closer to Casimir.

Casimir rubbed their back, kissing their forehead. He held them close, leaning against the tree. ‘Shh,’ he said softly. ‘I’ve got you.’

Georgie clung to Casimir, crying softly into his shoulder. "I-I love you, so much," they whispered quietly, lifting their head and blinking away tears.

‘I know, darling. I love you too,’ Chester murmured, rubbing their back.

Georgie sniffled softly, wiping their eyes. "Gosh, I-I must've made an even bigger fool of myself, rushing out like that," they murmured, an awkward smile on their face. -

‘It’s okay, love. They weren’t going to start liking you if you just dealt with it,’ Casimir said softly. ‘Do you want to go back inside. You need to eat.’ -

"I- I think I need a minute, recollect myself-" Georgie replied, exhaling softly. "Make myself look like I've not been crying," she added, giggling softly. -
Casimir chuckled quietly, kissing their forehead. ‘Do you want me to leave you alone?’

"No, I-I want you to stay," Georgie said, sniffling softly as she leaned against Casimir. She exhaled softly, drying her eyes with her hand.

‘Of course,’ Casimir said softly, holding them close.

Georgie sighed softly with content, curling closer to Casimir as they took a few deep breaths to calm themselves down.

Casimir kissed their forehead, holding them close.
