“I- No, I’m sorry, you don’t have to leave,” Jordan said with a sigh, sitting back down. “I- I’m just tired, and overreacting- God, I’m such an idiot…”

‘No you’re not,’ Mason said, sitting back down next to him and leaning his head on his shoulder. ‘Y-You’re not an idiot. Let’s just order some food and watch a movie, okay?’

“Yeah, that’s- that’s fine,” Jordan said with a sigh, rubbing his temples.

‘I-If that’s not what you want to do, we can do something else-‘

“No, no, just- Go ahead and order some food,” Jordan said, forcing a smile onto his face. He reached over, grabbing the remote from off the coffee table and turning the TV on. “What do you wanna watch?”

Mason relaxed slightly and opened his texts, quickly texting Chris back. Fr. hey I gtg, I’ll text you later ok? He opened Uber eats and looked at Jordan. ‘I don’t mind. Do you want pizza or something?’

“Sure, yeah,” Jordan replied, shrugging as he started searching for a movie. -
Mason quickly orders pizza and snuggled up against his boyfriend, hoping he wouldn’t get mad at him again.

Jordan put on a random movie and wrapped his arms around Mason, holding him close.

Mason smiled, resting his head on his chest. ‘Love you.’

Jordan stayed quiet but rubbed Mason’s back, kissing the top of his head. “When’s the food gonna get here?” He asked instead, glancing down at the boy in his arms.

Mason looked a little disheartened when Jordan didn’t say it back, but checked his phone. ‘Uh, five minutes.’

Jordan nodded, turning his attention back to the movie.

Mason sighed, trying to focus on the movie.
