Evan nodded a little bit, staying quiet so he wouldn’t apologize. He inhaled shakily as he heard the cabin door open and some of his campers voices fill the cabin, hiding his face in Connor’s chest.

Connor hugged Evan close, rubbing his back. He pressed a kiss on the top of his head, exhaling softly.

“Connie, what are we gonna do?” Evan whispered, gripping Connor’s shirt in his hands.

“I- I don’t know,” Connor whispered back softly, rubbing Evan’s back.

idk when i’ll be on tomorrow, bc i may end up sleeping in kinda late
but i will be on tomorrow :DD) -

Evan sighed quietly, letting go of Connor and backing away, starting to pace the bathroom. The voices grew louder, and the door knob jiggled. -
(lmao not me sleeping until 12-
good afternoon ^^)
“There’s not a window in here, is there?” Connor whispered, quickly scanning the room again. -

“No, of course there’s not,” Evan whispered, cursing under his breath. “Okay- I think- Hold on, I think they’ll freak out. Do you mind if I- I’m gonna introduce you, and you can sneak out the front?” -
“And how am I gonna do that?” Connor asked in a hushed voice, panic seeping in. He then began to pace the small bathroom, trying to calm himself down. He only paused after a moment, staring at the sink with the razor discarded inside. He exhaled and glanced at Evan, trying to appear calm. “Maybe- Maybe we should just walk out together? Explain why I’m here and why were in the bathroom together??” He asked softly, moving back to Evan’s side and gently taking his hand.

“No- wait, maybe just check that it’s only my kids in the cabin, and you can wait out in here until the coast is clear?” Evan whispered. “My kids already know who you are, i’m sure they’d be obsessed with meeting and helping you-“

“Pfft- Helping me with what?” Connor whispered with a quiet chuckle, crossing his arms. “But yeah, that’s a good idea.”

“Helping you sneak out?” Evan said softly, a small smile appearing on his face. “Okay- I’m gonna go tell them not to freak out, and then I’ll let you out of the bathroom, okay?”

“Oh- s---, you right,” Connor said, chuckling. “Got it. And-“ He held Evan back for a moment, wrapping his arms around him. “I’m sorry you’re not feeling good, but I’m always here for you, okay? I know these feelings all too well, and you were so smart to call me. If you need to talk later, I’ll be there for you, alright?”

Evan noddded in understanding, wrapping his arms around Connor. “Yeah, that’s why I called you. And because you were the first person I saw-“

“Well, I’m glad I was the first person,” Connor replied quietly, rubbing Evan’s back and kissing the top of his head. They stayed like that for a moment before he let go, glancing at the door.

Evan nodded, letting go of Connor and walking towards the door. He slipped out the door, shutting it behind him and leaning on it. “Hey guys-“
