Connor headed over to the spot after making sure the coast is clear, waiting for Evan to arrive. -
Evan walked up a few moments later, smiling as he spotted Connor. “Hi, hun~ this is a pretty good spot, huh?”

“Yeah, it’s nice, isn’t it?” Connor said with a chuckle, walking over to Evan. He wrapped his arms around his waist, kissing his lips. “How’s your morning been so far?”

Evan smiled, kissing him back for a moment. “Pretty good. All my kids were very excited about the snacks- and there’s these two boys who are like, best friends, and they hold hands and know everything about each other, and they’re so freaking cute,” Evan said with a chuckle, wrapping his arms around Connor’s neck “Sorry, I’m rambling- how’s your day been?@

Connor chuckled, kissing Evan’s cheek with a smile. “Don’t apologize, I love listening to you talk~“ He said, holding him close. “And my morning was fine, a little chaotic, but chill other than trying to get them out to the mess hall.”

“Wait, what happened?” Evan said with a chuckle, pressing a kiss on Connor’s jaw and holding him close.

“They were just f---ing around, being crazy- Half of them stayed up till really late, according to Finn, the one kid I told you about,” Connor said, chuckling. “And I- speaking of Finn, I talked to him and asked him if he was trans. Turns out he is, which is pretty cool.”

Evan chuckled quietly, studying Connor as he spoke. “That’s cool! Im glad you- I dunno, figured it out? That sounds weird- but I’m happy for you~ he knows you’re supportive and everything? Does he know you’re gay now? Do your kids know?”

“Yeah, I told him I was bi and made sure he knew he could always come to me if he needed someone to talk to,” Connor spoke with a smile, nodding. “He’s not out to the other kids, since he’s a bit newer to the group, but he said he wants to come out to them someday, since he likes them all a lot~ God, he’s just too adorable,” he said, chuckling softly.

“Aw, that’s awesome, hun, I’m glad,” Evan said with a smile, kissing Connor’s cheek.

Connor smiled, hugging Evan close. “And those two boys you were talking about? They sound adorable~” He said, chuckling.

“Oh my God, yeah,” Evan said with a smile. “I don’t actually know if either of them are gay, but they have nicknames for each other and they’re like- best best friends.”
