Lawrence smiled. 'And where do they sell this cake?'

“At this absolutely adorable bakery~” Briar said with a smile, continuing forward. “Seriously, the cakes at this place are amazing-“

Lawrence chuckled. 'Okay,' he said, walking next to him. 'Sounds good.'

Briar smiled, glancing over at his boyfriend for a moment before turning back. He walked over to the bakery and headed inside, leaving Glory outside. He walked over to the man, chatting away with him for a moment before ordering the cake.

Lawrence left Cameron with Glory and followed Briar, looking around the bakery, staying quiet.

Briar looked over, watching Lawrence for a moment with a smile as he waited for the cake to be ready. “Why’re you so quiet, if you don’t mind me asking, hun?”

Lawrence glanced over and shrugged. He looked back away, looking at a painting on the wall.

Briar watched him for a moment, furrowing his brows a little. He wrapped his arms around his boyfriend’s waist, kissing his cheek. “I love you~”

Lawrence leaned into his touch, smiling slightly. ‘Love you too.’

Briar pressed another kiss on Lawrence’s cheek, smiling. He looked over to see the shop owner come out with the cake and waltzed over, paying for the cake and taking it. “Mm, I cannot wait to eat this~”

Briar hummed as he headed out with Lawrence, going back to their horses. “Next the wine, and then a few other grocery items,” he said, humming softly.
