“Uh- uh, kinda,” Nick said with an awkward chuckle, blushing more.

Karl giggled, nodding. “Well, you can tell your friend that I’m single~”

“Awesome,” Nick said with a giggle, rubbing a hand through his hair.

Karl smiled, admiring Nick for a moment. He zoned out for a second, trying to think of something else to say.

“I think I like you,” Nick blurted out, slapping a hand over his mouth.

Karl snapped back to reality, his face heating up. “You- You like me?” He asked, a small grin appearing on his face.

“Uh, yeah,” Nick said, slightly embarrassed as he glanced at the bed.

Karl smiled, giggling softly. “Well, I- I kind of like you, too~” He said, his face bright red.

Nick quickly looked up, smiling a little. “Really?”

“Yeah- I’m surprised it wasn't more obvious-“ Karl said, giggling softly.

“It kinda was,” Nick said with a chuckle, glancing at the floor. “But I’m still kinda slow-“

“That’s okay~” Karl said, giggling softly.

“Yeah,” Nick said with a. chuckle. “So, uh, will you go out with me?”

Karl smiled happily, nodding. “I’d love to~”

Nick smiled, clasping his hands together. “So- uh- do you wanna go to dinner, or the movies? Do you have a preference?”
