Bee are the oatmeal and watched everyone fight. Tom was probably upstairs so he didn't have to deal with it. It was Tom's job. This made bee upset.

Harley raised an eyebrow, but shrugged, figuring they probably just ended up in some other orphanage or shelter before coming here.

Billie pulled at a thread on Emit’s torso. He ignored the other two, disinterested by their conversation, and focused on his rabbit.

Onyx exhaled and looked down at their hands, forcing them to stop shaking. It’s in the past, now- Stop thinking about it…

Bee started trying to eavesdrop on the group in the kitchen. The kids she helped yesterday were interesting. She hoped she could get close to them.

Harley noticed their hands shaking and looked down, feeling bad about it.

Billie kept his eyes on Emit. 'Can I go back into the bedroom now?' he asked.

Onyx proceeded to look around the room, avoiding sneaking any glances at the girl in front of them.

Bee didn't hear them very well. Bee wished that she knew what they liked. They already seemed close. Bee didn't want to start a conversation about what she liked because yessica told her that was disingenuous. Bee didn't know what that meant.

"How am I supposed to know?" Harley asked Billie. "I'm just as new as you are."

Billie shuffled off his seat and stood up. ‘I’m going to go back to the bedroom,’ he said, holding Emit to his chest.

Onyx watched as the boy with the stuffed animal walk off, lingering for longer than they’d wanted to. I don’t know why I’m so, drawn to that kid- Weird. They shrugged, running a hand through their hair.

Bee watched the kitchen then tried standing up. Her ankle was not any better.

"Bye." Harley muttered, noticing Onyx stare at the boy.

Billie walked out of the kitchen, holding Emit tightly. He glanced at Bee as he walked out the door, recognising her as the girl with the doll. He watched her for a moment before walking up the stairs and sitting on his bed.
