"I'm not really sure-" "Oh, don't be so modest," Eloise said with a smirk, wrapping an arm around their friend's shoulder. "He wants to be The Beast. He sure has the pipes for it, and the looks, don't you think, Havyn?" They asked, smirking as the cupped their hands around Elliot's face, which was turning bright red with embarrassment. "I just think it'd be a fun role to play, and I just so happen to have the vocal range for it," Elliot remarked, pushing Eloise's hands away.

Havyn chuckled. “You’d be good at playing him.” She said with a smile.

"That's what I keep telling him," Eloise teased, gently shaking Elliot. He sighed, rubbing his face. "I need to get through the waiting, first," he said with a chuckle, folding his hands in his lap.

“You’ll manage.” Havyn chuckled, putting her hands in her hoodie pocket.

Eloise nodded in agreement, smiling. "So, while we wait, how about we look over the parts we're pretty much guaranteed to get?" Elliot laughed softly and shook his head, grabbing his script. "Don't get your hopes up, maybe you'll end up as one of the Gaston fan girls." Eloise shuddered jokingly, smothering their giggles. "Whatever, it'd be good to get familiar, just in case~"

Elliot arrived at the theatre room, anxiously fidgeting with the sleeve of his t-shirt. He hesitated at the door, too worried to walk in and see the cast list. What if I don't get the part, what if they thought I didn't put enough effort in? What if they think I'm not good enough fir a big role anymore- His nerves were cut short, his thoughts interrupted by a hand touching his arm He flinched and looked over, seeing Eloise by his side. "Hey~" "Hi." -
Havyn walked into the theater room, looking more excited than she did nervous. “Hey!” She said once she caught up with the 2 of them.

The two looked over, seeing Havyn walk up. "Hey!" Eloise said with a smile, waving at the girl. "You excited to see the cast list?" They asked, glancing at Elliot. "I know he's nervous, big guy," they added, smirking and patting the boy on the arm. Elliot chuckled awkwardly, rubbing his hands together. "Yeah, I'm- I'm usually not, but this time I am."

“It’s ok. You’ll get a great role.” Havyn assured him. “I’d bet money on it if I wasn’t knee-deep in student loan debt.”

Eloise laughed, nodding. "Girl, do I feel that," they agreed, crossing their arms. Elliot chuckled softly and turned, walking into the room. Eloise followed, scanning for the cast list to see if the teacher put it up.
