imsoclueless SeniorKarl ran down the hall and out of the front office, rushing out of the school building and over to Nick's car. He fumbled with his boyfriend's keys and unlocked the door, grabbing his bag from inside. He closed the door and ran, booking it down the street as he sobbed. I'm such a f---ing idiot, I don't know why I ever thought I'd have a chance...

“KARL!” Nick yelled, continuing to run after him, ignoring as he got tired and keeping Karl in sight. “Please come back!”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl ignored Nick's shouts, continuing to run until he felt like he was going to pass out. He soon found himself at the park they always hang out at, walking inside. He walked over to the swing and sat down, breathing heavy as he dug through his bag. I'm so stupid... I just- I can't do it anymore... He shakily pulled out the old pocket watch he had inside, flipping it open as the holographic screen appeared. The screen flashed and another timeline date showed up, showing images of memories he'd experienced in that timeline. I give up. We're just, not meant to be... He clicked on the yes button and a large glow of light appeared, and he was teleported away.

Nick was still sitting at the island, chuckling at somthing on his phone. He was waiting for Karl to come back out, hoping he wasn’t going to still be awkward or upset about being rejected. He had been thinking. and he actually wasn’t… so against the thought of dating a guy? As long as it was Karl? -
imsoclueless SeniorKarl walked out of his bedroom, a defeated look on his face. He sighed as he walked into the kitchen, going to the fridge to grab a water.

“Uh, hey Karl,” Nick said awkwardly, glancing up from his phone.

imsoclueless Senior"Hi," Karl replied in a deadpan voice, trying to force a small smile. He just couldn't do it, he couldn't even look him in the face.

Nick frowned. “Karl- can, we talk?” He asked nervously, wringing his hands together. -

"Sure, what's- what's up?" Karl asked, a hint of anxiety seeping into his voice. He put on a small smile, turning to face Nick. -

“I- I was thinking,” Nick said quietly, keeping his gaze fixed on the counter. “I- Y’know- y’know how I said that- that, I, y’know, didn’t like guys?” He spoke, stumbling over his words and thinking about how to say what he was thinking. “I was thinking about it, and- and I don’t think I’d actually be that against it? I mean, especially if it was you-“ -

Nick frowned, getting a little upset with Karl. Sure, he had been upset with him for rejecting him, but he basically just took it back? “Karl, are you okay?” -
imsoclueless Senior"Yeah, I'm- I'm fine," Karl replied, looking at Nick but not meeting his eyes. "I uhm, I think I'm gonna go for a walk," he mumbled, setting down his unopened water bottle. He turned and walked towards the front door of the house, opening the door.

Nick furrowed his eyebrows, watching as Karl walked away. “Nuh uh,” He said, quickly standing and blocking his way through the door. “You’re obviously not okay, so spill.” -
imsoclueless Senior"I'm fine, I just- Need to clear my head," Karl spoke with a sigh, moving past Nick and opening the door.
