He gently pushed him away for a moment, smiling and admiring his boyfriend for a few moments as he caught his breath. "You're so beautiful~" He said with a smile, wrapping his arms around Nick's neck. -

He spoke as he pulled away from Nick's hand, squeezing his eyes shut and covering his face with his hands to hide the tears that threatened to flow. -

“No, honey,” Nick frowned, grabbing at Karl’s wrists again, stepping closer to him. “I know it hard for you, alright? But you have gotten better. Little by little. It’s a little hard to notice, But you’re trying. And yeah, you got a long ways to go, but you’ve gotten better.” -

Karl opened his eyes and met Nick's, a small smile appearing on his face. "I-I guess you're right," he spoke in a hushed voice, chuckling softly. "At least I didn't throw myself across the table and at him- Even though I really, really wanted to." -
“Yeah, see?” Nick said with a grin. “That’s improvement!”
