Selene continued walking towards them.

Ernie watched the trio of them, wanting to do something, but also not wanting to cross Selene by disobeying her.

Selene, once close enough, thrust out her wand. A spark shot out of it, before shooting right through Callisto. The image of the couple flickered before disappearing.
Selene frowned. -
Ernest’s eyebrows shot up. “What in the world-“ He decided to run to Selene.

Selene growled. ‘It was a fake.’

“Where are they then?” He tried to keep the unease out of his voice.

‘I don’t know.’

Ernest looked around, as if they’d just show up out of nowhere and go: “right here, idiot!”

They did not. Selene huffed and tucked her wand into her pocket. ‘Come on. Let’s go check on Nina.’

“Alright.” Ernest said, still eyeing the air around him suspiciously.

Selene started walking back.

Ernie followed her cautiously.

They got to the house.

Ernest opened the door. “Mahina, we’re back!”
