“To try and blend in?” Ernest shrugged. “I dunno.”

Ernie thought more. “Would they have to be close to cast that illusion spell?” He asked Selene.

‘Yes. Within 100 metres, at least.’

“Then let’s just circle around there or something to see if we can catch them. If that makes sense.” Ernie didn’t feel like his words were wording right.

Honestly, Selene’s words weren’t wording right either. She nodded. ‘Sounds good.’

Ernie smiled. He opened the door again.

‘Can I come this time?’ Mahina complained.

“Nope.” Selene shook her head. “You’re staying here so you don’t get hurt.”

‘Seriously?’

“Yup.”
“Sorry.” Ernie shrugged. -
Mahina huffed. ‘Fine.’

Selene walked out the door, Ernie behind her. “See you soon!” He said to Mahina before shutting the door.

Ernie shut the door, and walked next to Selene.
