Ernest laughed.

Mahina cocked her head at him before looking back at the ceiling.

Ernie chuckled. He looked at the door to Mahina's room, wondering if Selene found a cure yet.

Mahina smiled softly.

Ernest smiled back.

Mahina turned on her side and closed her eyes. ‘I’m tired. I’m gonna get some sleep.’

"Alright." Ernest said softly. "Do you want me to leave?"

‘You can stay if you like. I don’t mind.’

"Alright." Ernie gave a small smile.

Mahina closed her eyes.

Ernest watched her before looking back up at the ceiling.

Mahina fell asleep after a few minutes.

Ernie eventually left the room to see if Selene figured anything out yet.
