Ernie nodded, still looking down at his shoes.

Mahina kissed his cheek. ‘Hey, stop looking so depressed, Frog Boy. It’s not your fault.’

Ernest looked up at her before giving her a small smile. "Fine, purple."

Mahina smiled. ‘Good.’

Ernie wrapped her in a small hug, smiling a bit wider.

Mahina hugged him back.

"So... Was your night as eventful as mine?" Ernest asked.

Mahina shook her head. To be fair, he said night. ‘I just slept.’

"Fair enough. You were exhausted."

‘I was,’ Mahina chuckled. ‘I barely remember anything after you left.’

Ernest nodded. "I bet." He said with a chuckle.

"Well, anything fun happen before you showed up at least?" Ernie asked.
