Ernest sat down by the plate to the left since he was left handed.

Mahina sat on his right.

Ernie watched as the food floated to the table, the silverware behind it.

Mahina leaned her head on Ernest’s shoulder.

Ernie blushed slightly, smiling sheepishly.

Mahina grinned.

Ernest grabbed a fork and twirled it around his fingers before taking a bite of his food.

Mahina started eating. The vegetables were a bit mushy from being dropped, but otherwise it was fine.

Ernie didn't notice the mushy vegetables much, and thought it was really good.

Mahina leaned her head on her hand as she ate.

Ernest glanced at her occasionally, taking in her beauty.

Mahina glanced at him. ‘You’re doing that thing again.’

Ernie looked away. "What thing?"

‘There thing where you stare at me.’

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Ernest said, playing dumb.
