The door opened to reveal Neo. Chester squirmed and snuggled into Jayden, but fell back asleep.
Neo walked forward. ‘You might want to see this, your majesty,’ he said quietly, holding out a newspaper from Torren And Sons. -
Jayd kissed the top of Chester's head before seeing the newspaper. "I'm guessing this is the letter about Astrid?"

Neo nodded. There was a picture of Astrid on the front.

Jayden took it one hand, his other wrapped around Chester. He skimmed through the article.

‘Is Astrid an abuser?
Last night, an anonymous source informed the press about a secret Prince Astrid Celeste III may be keeping from the public. From the outside, the young man seems respectable and decent, but the palace staff and Celeste family may think differently.
It has been leaked that Prince Astrid has been emotionally abusing a number of people inside the castle, including his younger brother, King Jayden Celeste and brother’s boyfriend King Chester Jackson. It has been speculated that he has also been treating staff the same way.
We have been informed that Astrid’s behaviour has been deeply inappropriate as of late, and perhaps even giving Kings Chester and Jayden mental problems as hinted in the letter that was sent by this anonymous source.
What is the royal family hiding from the public? -

Jayd's jaw dropped while he read it. He gave the paper back to Neo. "Thank you." He had a small smile on his face. -

Chester stirred at the nose. Neo smiled back at set the newspaper on the nightstand. -
“You’re welcome.” Neo said before leaving.

Chester nuzzled into Jayden, waking up slowly.

“Morning, love.” Jayden kissed his nose.

Chester opened his eyes. ‘Morning,’ he murmured, pulling Jayden closer.

Jayden smiled, snuggling into him. “Neo came in with the paper. They saw your letter.” He murmured.

Chester looked down at him. ‘Really?’

“Yes, really.” Jayden offered him the paper.

Chester took it and read it. After a minute or two he smiled and nuzzled into Jayden. ‘That’s good.’
