"Lovely." Jayden opened his eyes to look at Chester, chuckling.

‘So damn attractive,’ Chester said with a grin.

"Hottie." Jayd rolled his eyes before kissing his cheek.

‘That’s what I said!’ Chester complained.

"I don't care. It applies more to you, anyways. I mean, look at you!"

‘Everyone would agree with me, Jayden. You’re the hottest of the two of us. Now go to sleep,’ Chester said, booping his nose.

"Nobody would agree, love, because I'm not. You go to sleep!"

‘Yes you are,’ Chester said, covering Jayden’s mouth with his hand. ‘Shhhhhh.’

Jayden protested, even though it was in vain since his mouth was covered. He whacked Chester's hand away. "Fine, I'm getting sleep! Happy?"

‘Ow!’ Chester complained. ‘That was my bad arm!’ It hadn’t actually hurt much, but Jayden was cute when he was irritated. ‘Yes, I’m very happy. G’night.’

"Oh, sorry. You alright?" Jayd said immediately. He snuggled into Chester and closed his eyes.

Chester smiled, patting his head. ‘I’m fine. Now sleep,’ he murmured, holding him close with his arms and wings.

"Don't pat my head." Jayden complained. He didn't mind it too much when it was Chester, but it made him feel smaller than he already was. He wrapped his arms around Chester. "Night, love."

‘Why? It’s cute,’ Chester teased, kissing the top of his head. He closed his eyes.
