"Sure." Jayden gave a small nod, snuggling into him.

Chester smiled, holding him close to his chest. ‘Love you.’

"Love you too." Jayd closed his eyes.

Chester played with his hair for a bit, before closing his eyes.

Jayden blushed, snuggling into him more.

Chester smiled, letting him. He fell asleep after a while.

Jayd fell asleep shortly after.

In the morning, Chester stirred awake, pulling the sleeping Jayden closer.

Jayd stirred slightly, but didn't wake up.

Chester looked down at him, watching him with a lovestruck gaze. He touched his cheek before turning around carefully to grab his pocket watch to check the time.

Jayden opened his eyes after a moment, looking at Chester groggily. "Morning." He mumbled.

‘Morning,’ Chester said with a smile, feeing around for his pocket watch. He frowned and sat up so he could look at the bedside table more clearly. ‘That’s strange…’

"What's strange?"

‘My watch. It’s not here,’ Chester said, frown deepening. He pulled away from Jayden and stood up, rummaging on the nightstand for his watch, then looking for where it must’ve fell. ‘I swear I put it right where.’

Jayden sat up slowly. "Yeah, you did..." He frowned.
