Chester chuckled softly, opening the door for him.

“Thanks.” Jayden grinned.

Chester smiled, and shut the door behind him. He pulled over another chair for Jayden, and sat at his desk.

Jayd sat down on the chair. “So, what work are we doing first?”

‘Discussing the treaty,’ Chester said, putting on his reading glasses. He didn’t like wearing them, but the print was too small to read for him.

Jayden chuckled at the glasses. It made his boyfriend look so professional, and only a liiiitle bit dorky.

Chester glanced at him. ‘Oh, shut up,’ he grumbled. ‘I hate these glasses.’

Jayd chuckled quieter. “It’s fine, you’re still eye candy.”

‘Nobody likes a liar, Jayden,’ Chester mumbled. ‘Now, onto business.’

“I would never lie.” Jayd muttered, smiling.

Chester booped his nose. ‘You are right now. Shut up.’

Jayden rolled his eyes. “I’m not, but fine, I’ll shut up.”

Chester smirked. ‘Thank you. Now, say my kingdom was losing in a war,’ he said, turning back to the papers. ‘How many troops would you send to assist?’

Jayden thought. “2/5ths of them.” He said after a moment.

Chester scribbled that number on the paper, before scribbling his own. ‘Alright, if my kingdom was going through a famine or money crisis, how much supplies would you send?’
