“Maybe a little.” Jayden admit. “Although… I liked having the blanket all to myself.” He smirked. -
Chester rolled his eyes. He sat down on the bed next to him, leaning against the frame at the back. ‘Of course you did.’

“What? It’s nice!” Jayd laughed.

Chester pouted. ‘I’m offended,’ he said in a playful tone.

“Oh relax, I’d pick you over having my own blanket.” Jayd chuckled.

Chester grinned. ‘Oh, good.’

Jayden grinned, leaning into him.

Chester wrapped an arm around his waist.

Jayd blushed, smiling.

Chester kissed the side of his head. ‘Now, I really hate to ruin this moment, but we do have to talk business,’ he said with an apologetic smile.’

“But that’s boooring.” Jayden grumbled.

Chester kissed his cheek. ‘I know, love. But I’m not doing it myself, and I’m not one to decide for your kingdom.’

Jayd sighed. “Fine.” He reluctantly stood up.

Chester smiled, and led Jayden to his office. ‘It’ll be quick, I promise.’

Jayden followed him to his office. “Good.” He chuckled.
