"Thank you." Jayden gave a small chuckle.

The buff dude nodded once. ‘Yeah, well, don’t push your luck, your majesty,’ he said, bowed stiffly before turning back to the lady next to him.

Jayd chuckled, looking down at the floor. He wish that idiot journalist never opened his stupid mouth.

Chester had watched the journalist leave as he walked out of the bathroom. He practically materialised behind Jayden and gave him a hug from behind.

Jayd didn't expect it and stiffened at first before realizing it was Chester, and he relaxed, smiling.

Chester kissed the back of his neck, hugging him tighter. ‘God, I’m so sorry,’ he mumbled. ‘Are you OK?’

"Better now that you're here." Jayden admit, blushing.

Chester smiled. ‘My kissed heal!’ he said happily. ‘What did that journalist say?’

Jayden laughed. He didn't want to tell Chester the details, but decided he didn't really want to lie. "Stuff about my brothers reaction to the paper." He gave a weak smile. "I'll tell you more about it later, but none of this during our date."

‘Hm.’ Chester frowned a little. ‘So long as you’re alright.’

Jayd hesitated before giving a small nod.

Chester didn’t like the hesitation, but he figured tonight was supposed to be a good night. He kissed the back of his neck again. ‘Alright, then. Let’s enjoy this musical I spent so much money on.’

"We better." Jayden laughed.

Chester chuckled. ‘We will.’
