"The wings don't fly like bird ones do." Jayden corrected himself. "They have engines that make the plane move instead of flapping up and down like birds."

'Then why are there wings?'

"To hold the engine and keep it balanced."

'Right.'

Jayden looked at Chester. "I don't sound crazy, right?"

Chester shook his head. 'I couldn't have explained it better.'

Jayd smiled, relieved.
"Planes are weird." Maeve decided, and he nodded. -
Chester chuckled. 'Fair enough.'

Jayden gave a small laugh, eating the rest of his wrap.

Chester finished his food. 'If you'll excuse me, I've got some paperwork to do,' he said, then walked towards the door.

Jayd wanted to ask if he could come, but decided he'd pop in after a bit since he wanted to talk to Maeve a bit.

When Chester left, Maeve looked at Jayden with an excited grin. 'So, how's it going with Chester? Did he confess?'

Jayd nodded. "Yes you weirdo, he confessed."

Maeve grinned. 'Did you?'

"Yeah. I did first." Jayden nodded again. "I'm not sure if it's a good thing that you're so invested though... Maybe I shouldn't tell you the rest..."
