The two got to the dining hall after antes minutes of walking in awkward silence. Chester sat at the head of the table.

Jayden sat down on one of the chairs by Chester since he couldn't sit next to him. He wanted to say something to break the silence, but didn't.

Patton came in with the food, wraps. He addressed the two kings before leaving.

Jayd thanked him. He was staring at one of the many candles in the room, thinking up a possible prank.

Chester glanced down at his food. 'I'm sorry about before, Jayden,' he said softly, not looking up.

"No, I'm sorry." Jayden responded gently, turning his attention to Chester.

'Why?' Chester asked. 'You don't need to be.'

"I pushed too far." Jayd shrugged. "You've told me you don't like parties before, I just keep asking."

Chester thought about that for a moment. 'It's fine,' he said quietly.

Jayden shook his head, but didn't respond.

Chester took a bite from his wrap,not saying anything more on the topic.

Jayd ate his wrap as well, turning back to the candles. "Do you know if you guys have copper chloride?" He asked after a bit, partially to change the subject and partially for information for his prank.

'Copper chloride?' Chester asked, frowning. 'No, why?'

"No reason." Jayden shrugged.

'You're planning something, aren't you?'
