Jayden frowned. "You didn't choose for her to kiss you..."

‘She still kissed me.’

Jayden paused, looking down. "Did you want her to kiss you?"

Chester shook his head.

"Then no, I'm not mad at you."

Chester pulled him closer, burying his face in his shoulder. ‘You’re too good to me.’

Jayden frowned, holding him close. "Not really."

Chester let him, staying quiet.

Jayden kissed his nose.

Chester gave a weak smile.

Jayd smiled back. "Are you alright?"

‘Yeah, I’m fine.’

"Okay." Jayden didn't press further, leaning into him.
