Jayd beamed. "Really? Wow, noted."

Chester huffed. He pulled Jayden close and rested his head on his shirt. ‘You’re too cute.’

Jayd chuckled. "Apparently. Which is good, seeing as I can use it to flirt with you." He kissed the top of Chester's head.

Chester leaned into his touch. ‘And steal my kingdom, apparently.’

Jayden froze slightly before relaxing himself again. Jesus, pull yourself together, it was just a joke.
"I would never." Jayden chuckled. -
‘Pfft, you could though,’ Chester mumbled, kissing his jaw. ‘Thank god for that.’

"Stop, you'll tempt me." Jayd teased, a small part of his brain not fully joking. Just imagine what you could do with all that control over him... He shoved that thought far, far away almost as soon as it popped up.

Chester laughed softly, kissing his nose. He wasn’t joking either. He snuggled into him, holding himself close.

Jayden held Chester close, feeling like a traitor to him for ever even thinking about using him like that. It wasn't even like he was going to do anything, it was just a stupid impulsive thought.

Chester smiled softly, not noticing his expression.

Jayd sighed softly. -

Chester noticed him sigh and looked up at him. ‘Honey? Are you okay?’ -
Jayden didn't look him in the eye. "I'm fine."

Chester frowned. ‘You don’t look fine. Is it another thing you can’t tell me because of the board?’

(I gtg in like 5 minutes)
Jayden sighed, shaking his head. "I've told you pretty much everything about the board."
