Hazel chuckled.

Lilla looked at Jackie in surprise. "You can understand her?" She asked in amazement.
"No dummy, it was a JOKE." Jackie said with a laugh. -
Lilla pouted. Hazel rolled her eyes.

"I'm not a dummy." Lilla grumbled, and Theo chuckled.

Jackie ruffled Lilla's hair. 'That was also a joke.'

Lilla wacked Jackie's hand away. "Whatever."

Jackie laughed. Ally babbled some more, then blew a raspberry at Theo.

"Hey!" Theo laughed.

Ally giggled and stuck a finger up her nose. Hazel laughed. -
"Ally!" Jackie laughed. "No finger up your nose!" Ally just babbled something back.

Hazel laughed harder.

Theo did too. Ally giggled at all the attention.

Hazel eventually calmed down. 'Ally, you're ridiculous.'

Ally said what must've been a very good argument in baby language as Hazel's stepmom started handing out plates of food.
