Hazel laughed.

"But it'd be less distracting!" Theo told Ally with a laugh.

Ally babbled and threw a spoon at Theo. Hazel burst into laughter.

"Hey! No throwing things!" Theo laughed, grabbing the spoon and tossing it to Ally, who didn't catch it since babies don't know how to catch things.

Ally babbled irritability.

"I'll get it!" Jackie said, going under the table to get it.

Hazel moved her legs so Jackie could find it.

Jackie grabbed the spoon and sat back up, handing it to Ally, who giggled happily.

Ally hit the spoon against the table like a drum stick, giggling.

"Crazy baby." Theo laughed.

'She is,' Hazel chuckled. By now some kids had already finished and were walking away.

"Clearly." Theo said as he finished his food.

Hazel finished too.

Theo put his plate in the sink after washing it, waiting for Hazel.

Hazel did the same, and mumbled a thanks to her stepmum before walking up the stairs.
