"I've never tried them, but they sound good." Theo said, grinning.

'They are, we could have some after dinner,' Hazel-Lee suggested.

"Oooo, alright!" Theo agreed, now feeling hungry.

'Which should be ready soon,' Hazel added. She wasn't quite sure how to talk to a boy, especially not a French boy. Usually, if they were being annoying, she'd throw her backpack at them and leave, but Theo wasn't being annoying.

"Alright." Theo said quietly. "What's for dinner?" -

'I'm not sure.' -

"Ok." Theo said, wondering to himself what to say. They weren't the best at starting conversations. -
The two just sat in awkward silence. Hazel fiddled with her hands, not saying anything.

"So... What's your favorite class in school?"

'Visual arts. Or music, I'm not sure.'

"Ooo, nice. What's your favorite part about those classes?"

'The art part,' Hazel chuckled. 'Mr Moss just lets us go and do our own thing.'

"Sounds awesome. I have it tomorrow."
