Theo winced. "That's.... That's hard. For all of you guys." He said quietly. He knew her stepmom didn't seem bad, but either way he knew it was difficult to deal with something like that.

'Yeah,' Hazel muttered.

"And I take it you two don't have the best relationship, seeing as you didn't want to talk to her at all." He said quietly.

'I guess not,' Hazel said. 'I suppose I knew what she was going to tell me, but I didn't want to believe it was going to happen.

"Huh, makes sense." Theo said, looking at her. "Either way that's difficult. I'm sorry."

'Yeah. Thanks.'

"You're welcome." Theo said softly.

Hazel leaned her head on his shoulder and took a deep breath to calm herself down.

Theo blushed slightly, though he didn't say anything.

Hazel looked up at him. 'Pink tomato,' she said quietly, smirking.

"Oh shut up." Theo laughed, though he didn't mind as long as she was feeling happy again.

Hazel chuckled.

Theo smiled. "So... What do you want to do now?"

'I don't mind.'

"Hmm.... Maybe we could... Make one of your siblings entertain us?"
