Hazel got to her room and sat on her bed.

Theo followed, sitting on his bed, grabbing his pencil.

Hazel buried her face in her hands.

"What's wrong?" Theo asked, sitting by her.

'Nothing,' Hazel mumbled, though her voice was muffled and slightly shaky.

Theo didn't say anything, and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

Hazel started crying into her hands, as humiliating as it was in front of Theo. She couldn't help it.

Theo didn't know what to do, so he kept his hand on her shoulder.

After a bit, Hazel wiped her face, embarrassed. 'Sorry,' she said quietly.

"Don't apologize." Theo said softly. "You have nothing to be sorry for."

Hazel cuddled her knees to her chest, sighing.

"If I may, what's wrong?" He asked quietly.

'It's.... complicated,' Hazel said quietly, unsure how to explain it.

Theo shrugged. "We got time."

Hazel sighed. 'My father asked his girlfriend to marry him,' she stated.
