"Is too!" Theo chuckled. "Now c'mon, lets go."

Hazel chuckled. She stood up straight and walked towards the door.

Theo followed her, smiling to himself.

Hazel grabbed his hand, interlacing their fingers.

Theo blushed, smiling. He walked down the stairs. Hazel's dad was waiting for them.
"You two seem happier than a moment ago." He noted. -
Hazel glanced him, giving him a look. ‘Yeah,’ she said with a sharp edge to her voice, glaring at him.

Hazel's dad shot her a 'we're talking about this later' look. "Don't give me that tone, young lady." He said with a sip of his coffee. "Theo, you ready to go?"
Theo nodded. -
Hazel glared, looking away from him.

Theo watched her glare, wanting to hold her closer and try to calm her down, but also not wanting to cause any other problems with her dad.

Hazel turned away from her dad, walking out of the house and to the car. Her father sighed in frustration.

Theo looked up at her dad, half expecting him to say something. After a bit he grabbed his luggage and walked to the car after Hazel.

Hazel climbed into the backseat since she wanted to be next to Theo. She leaned her head against the window, trying to calm her anger for her dad.

Theo put his stuff in the trunk before sitting next to her. "You ok?" He asked, wrapping an arm around her.

Hazel nodded, leaning against him. She sighed softly. ‘God, I hate him sometimes.’

"I can tell." Theo kissed the top of her head.
