Abby wondered back to the cafeteria once she had calmed down. She sighed frustratedly as she saw Max approach Sierra. She hesitated thinking why she had actually had a go at the boy. She walked over and gave blatant 'sorry'

"i don't know. i tend not to follow along in conversations and then they end up in disaster." "why? did i say something wrong?" she uses a sticky note as a bookmark and puts it in her bag, doing the hair twirling again

Abby sat down next to Sierra and leant her head on her hands. She watched the other two people on the table and wondered what Max would reply with.

"hello." Sierra turns to Abby, "i'm sorry for making you mad." she says, though confused why she got that angry over seemingly nothing

“Why were you mad anyway?” Max asked Abby, completely confused and oblivious that he was most likely the reason why she was mad.

"It's fine" she plastered a fake smile on her face and turned to Max. "Don't worry"

"apple?" Sierra asks, offering her lunch box. "tomorrow will be different kinds of mac and cheese." she laughs, grabbing a random apple and taking a bite

"You are so weird" Abby laughed.

"well i don't like packing the same thing for lunch every day or i will get bored. so i make sure to eat all of the major food groups. but instead of having everything in one way i spread it out across the week. that way the food stays interesting."

"I suppose so" she chuckled.

"i mean honestly, look around this room." she says, gesturing around. "everyone has pretty similar food." "but me?" she takes another bite out of the apple. "no one else has a lunch like me."

"That's very true" Abby grinned then added. "Anyways, I'm not hungry, do you want my crisps?" She offered.

"sure!" i guess variations of chips day will have to be next week then," she laughs, not having planned a chip day, but now thinking about the idea

"Sounds Great, we'll have to share" Abby laughed -
"ooh i can do cookie day!" she says excitedly. "hey what's my next class? i forgot."
