Eli didn't know how to react for a few seconds before pulling Callum into a hug.
"I'm so sorry." They said quietly. -
Callum stiffened in surprise, then wrapped his arms around Eli. 'Thanks.'

"No problem. Thanks for telling me all that." Eli said. They knew how hard it could be telling somebody something so horrible from their past.

'You're welcome, I guess.'

"You guess? Telling someone that kinda stuff takes guts."

'I s'pose.'

Eli broke the hug, and motioned to the petal. "Now unless you wanna keep it, I'ma take my hat back."

Callum chuckled weakly. 'You can keep it,' he said, removing the petal from his head.

Eli grabbed the petal and stuck it onto their head happily. "Do you wanna leave this place?"

'Yes, please,' he said, turning away from the mess.

Eli grabbed Callum's wrist and led him away from there. "Do you want to go to your house or to the normal world?"

'Let's go to my house.'

"Alright." Eli said with a small smile. They found the petals that Eli dropped, and they put one on Callum.

Callum chuckled, adjusting the petal on his head.

"There, you look fabulous your highness." Eli said, smiling.
