'I'm telling mum!' Eve said, running off.
Nat smirked and watched as they argued, stifling a làugh. -
"Sorry about my sister." Daniel said, chuckling as he sat down on the bench, while Eve went off to complain to their mom about what happened. "She never likes it when I talk to her friends."

Nat shrugged, still smiling in amusement.

Eve ran back up to Daniel, still angry.
"What did mom say?" He asked, pretending to be terrified to hear the answer. -
(it's weird how some people spell mum with an O and non-Americans with a U)
'She said I'm in trouble for dobbing!' Eve complained. 'I'm playing with Lee now.' She ran off, back into the playground. -
(Ik, America is a weird place, spelling everything weird.)
Daniel rolled his eyes. "She always thinks she's going to get me in trouble." He said, chuckling. -
(for me it looks better with an O, tbh xD)
Nat chuckled. -
(LMAO, Americans did something right!)
"Eve said your name was Natsooki?" Daniel checked. "Did I say that right?" -
Nat shook her head.

"How do you say it then?"

'Nat-ski,' she wrote.

"Ohhhh, ok." Daniel said, smiling. "I'm Daniel-but you already knew that."

Nat nodded once.

"You're really quiet." Dan pointed out, fidgeting with a pen he was holding.

Nat pursed her lips, looking down and nodding again.
