"..." Ankoku doesn't answer as she continues to back away, refusing to take her eyes off of Akari just in case.

“I need you to promise me something. Promise that you’ll do everything in your power to become a proper demonslayer and find a cure for demons. And you must kill me, and kill your self if I harm a human unprovoked.”

"Why should i kill myself as well...?" She asks, a little confused.

“I will be your responsibility. Anything that I do will be on you!”
(In the anime if Nezuko kills a human Tanjiro, Giyu, and Urukodaki will all split their bellies and die.) -
Ankoku just looks even more confused. "I thought i was- wasn't i supposed to leave so you didn't attack? You said that newborn demons aren't negotiable???"

“If you just leave me here who knows who could get hurt!”

"True..." She says, "what do i do now?"

“We just have to wait, the transformation is slow”

"Oh..." She says, her heart beat speeding up in fear of it backfiring and Akari attacking her.

“I should be safe for right now, it is obvious when someone is about to completely turn.”

We sit in silence for a few minutes. I still look human and the wound on my neck is still bleeding.

"I have some bandages in my pocket if you want to bandage that." Ankoku says, digging atound in her pockets for them.

“Thank you.”

Ankoku tossed the bandages towards Akari, them landing right in front of her.
