she then realizes that Olive is, in fact, on top of her, and her eyes widen. "O-Olive-" she says, stammering.

"Hm?" Olive tilts her head to the side, "What's wrong, Tina?" She is still oblivious the fact that she is on top of Karentina.

she looks away from Olive. "look where you are-" she says. she clears her throat.

Olive looks down, then finally gets it and turns beet red. "O-OH." Her muscles tense up and she's frozen stiff for a good moment, the rolls off Karentina, curling up into a ball, covering her face. "I AM SO, SO SORRY TINA!!"

Karentina sits up, and brings her knees up to her chest. "no, it's... alright..." she says, clearly flustered. she speaks softly, a bit like she did when she first met Olive.

Olive is just sulking now, incredibly embarrassed and flustered. "What is wrong with me? Stupid, stupid, stupid Olive!" She mutters to herself, smacking her forehead.

she looks over at Olive and sees that. "n-no Olive, it's okay!" she jumps up and its down in front of Olive and grabs her wrists. "No, it's okay. i'm not mad! just... flustered." she says, smiling.

Olive looks down at her feet, "I'm sorry about that, I just kind of got carried away and..." Olive's eyes were brimming with tears, she's all red-faced. She felt terrible.

"hey, i said it's okay. don't feel bad about it." she says, still holding Olive's wrists. she lets go of one, and gently splashes water at Olive, trying to lighten the mood.

Olive gives a slight giggle, and a sad smile played on her lips. She wipes away her tears and chuckles, "I'm so glad that I've met you, Tina. You're a great person."

"me too, Olive. if it weren't for you, i'd probably be in a clearing still reading a book for the thousandth time, and i wouldn't have been able to move on from Rhugien." she says, smiling.

Olive got an idea and turns over to face Karentina. "Hey, uh, I know this might sound crazy, but um, would you...like to...maybe..." her voice trails off and then her voice become quiet, "...go on a date...with me...?"

she looks at Olive, eyes wide, starting to blush, but then smiles shyly. "oh, uh... i'd love to..." she says.

Olive's looks up at Karentina, with hopeful puppy eyes and a big, dorky grin. "...Really?"

"yea! i'd really love to!" she says, grinning as well. she was pretty red still, but it was starting to tone down.
