Genevieve put her hands over her mouth in shock. “Oh my goodness! I’m so sorry! I thought you were barely going to feel a thing because as far as I knew I was weak as a leaf but then that happened and I’m sorry!” Genevieve bent down next to Olive. “Are you alright? Gosh I’m so sorry!”
-
Olive gets back up, her legs are shaking. "N-no worries, I'll be fine. I've endured worse, I assure you. Now, do what I did to you, and you have to dodge my kicks when I'm pinned down."
-
“O-okay,” Genevieve said. “If you’re sure.” She tried to mimic what Olive had done to her, trying her best to avoid hurting her again.
-
Genevieve has successfully had Olive pinned to the mat. "Make sure your grip on the cloth is tight. You don't want them to get away." She puts her hands over Genevieve's, clasping them tighter.
-
Genevieve fought back a blush. “Alright!” She made sure her hands were tight on the cloth.
-
"Now, I'm going to start kicking, in 3...2...1... DODGE." Olive is kicking the air from right to left, trying her best to not hurt Genevieve much at all.
-
Willace winked at Olive after her words, pocketing the constitution potion that the bartender had prepared and slid a coin across the table in payment. He watched Genevieve and Olive train, drumming his fingers against the table. Surely, he could also woo some innocent young lady and lighten her wallet.
-
Genevieve tried her hardest to dodge Olive, but ended up getting a kick to her stomach. It didn’t hurt much, but she instinctively let go of Olive and stepped away.
-
Olive immediately stopped when Genevieve let go, "Omigosh, are you okay? I winded you, didn't I?" Olive gets up, holding Genevieve by the hands, to make sure she doesn't fall.
-
“I-it’s-I’m fine!” Genevieve stuttered. “Reflexes?” She quickly looked away from Olive. “Heh… I’m not very good at this, am I?”
-
"Not everyone is a complete natural at fighting. It takes time and practice. But we still have one more lesson to go over, and that's weaponry." Olive brings Genevieve over to the weapons stand, "Choose your weapon."
-
Genevieve stared at the weapons, judging each one carefully. She eventually picked up a dagger. “Is this one alright?”
-
Olive grins, "Ah, you're one with the blade, I see. Funny, daggers are actually my favorite weapon." Olive slides her finger between Genevieve's fingers, feeling the dagger's rubber grooves and grips.
-
“They are, are they?” Genevieve said, a little breathlessly. “I don’t know. They seem not too big, which is good. But just as effective.” She ran a finger over the blade.
-
Olive nods in agreement, "True, and they are less as heavy than swords." Olive brings Genevieve over to the training dummy. "Now, what do you think is the best way to kill a person?"
