Name: Fracture
Gender: genderless/but will refer to themselves as Male on occasion
Race:fallen angel
Age: *shrugs*
Looks:
Personality: calm and quiet, but in a playful way. Is generally oblivious to most things, and will often get confused over the simplest things(he STILL doesn't understand the concept of bathing regularly). Also will talk to themselves
Special ability: they can make things out of ice(usually weapons, but they can make statues that he can control if he wants) as well as advanced regeneration.
Other: looks spooky, actually baby -
S_E you totally can join! Make your character :)

Name: Archer
Gender: trans male
Race: Human
Age: Looks around nineteen
Looks: Archer has light tan skin and brown hair the just barely curls around his ears and at the top of his neck. He has brown eyes and is lanky but average height.
Personality: Somewhat cautious and reserved at first, easily unnerved by new people and big crowds. When he's alone with someone he trusts he's can get pretty talkative though. He loves to throw himself into projects.
Special ability: He can give people the cold shoulder or an icy glare , and he's cold to the touch.
Name: Ada
Gender: Female
Race: Half human, part fae on her father's side
Age: Looks around eighteen
Looks: Ada has medium brown skin and curly black hair that she usually keeps in a short ponytail, and dark brown eyes. She's on the shorter side but has enough of a presence that one might not notice.
Personality: Absolutely loves to talk to new people and hear about all of the places they've been. She can be a little over eager to talk to or trust people because she dreams of going off on adventures someday, and she'll flirt or flatter to try to get what she wants.
Special ability: She can sing or speak to someone/something to influence it, but she's usually too impatient for it to work very well and speaking alone isn't effective on people who know of her ability.
Other: Ada and Archer are half siblings who share a human mother with whom they used to travel. They've been a part of the Verglass family since very soon after they became vampires and have not left since.
Lmk if you want me to change anything! -
No you're good! Awesome characters, I'll start now ☆☆

Whillow tugged on Henna's sleeve shyly while the giant woman was making her way around the manor to collect dirty laundry. "What is it dear?" The goliath asks.
Whillow goes onto her tiptoes and whispers something into Henna's ear. As she does, Henna raises an eyebrow. "Oh is that so? Well, we haven't had a guest in quite a while. Go ask Ada and Warrin to help you set the table." Whillow nodded and ran off to go find them. -
Fracture sat up slightly from his meditation, his large wings folded neatly behind him as he sensed a Human soul entering the the range of their senses, and easily catching their attention due to its relatively pure nature. The fallen angle made a quiet rattling sound in their ribs, before standing up in a smooth motion. Best make sure everyone else knows, they thought, the runic markings on his face glowing dimly as they left their room.
Little Light was perched on a lamp in the entrance way, the small vampire trying to draw light from the ficture with little secess. They pouted behind their mask, and then dropped down. It had been to dark out for them to properly sunbathe for several days(weeks? They didn't know, they don't know what time even is) and thus had resorted to other sources of light. They normally would go start a fire, or check to see if one was already lit, but they had scared several of the family after trying to jump into the fire like they used to do and where thus temporarily banned from the fire place
Lemniscate was napping in the livingroom, the tall vampiric fae sprawled out across a couch in a manner similar to a cat, his mask slightly frosted on the inside from his breath -
Archer sat in the manor's library, hunched over a large sheet of paper while using a small lamp that definitely wasn't providing him with enough light. He sat silently, marking it furiously with a pencil until he was startled by the sound of Ada falling into a nearby armchair. "Hey! You made me mess up!"
Ada shrugged. "Whatever. It's probably just that stupid map again." She was right. Archer had spent months trying to create the most accurate map of the manor and its surrounding grounds that he could. "Why are you shoved in here to work on it anyways? Shouldn't you be outside so you can see what you're drawing?"
Archer shook his head. "It's been too dark outside lately. And too cold too." -
Hogarth walked up to Verglass Manor and cautiously walked up the stairs to the door. The sun had somehow disappeared from the sky a few days earlier and everyone is in a panic. Hogarth volunteered to get to the bottom of it all and hopefully bring the sun back, before the town and possibly the world dies. His research led him to the manor and, assuming it was abandoned, he slowly opened the door to the inside. Hogarth was shocked to see the candle lights still on and the place looking lived in. Maybe someone had taken residence. He walked into the main hall and began slowly surveying his surroundings.

Whillow found Ada first, sitting next to her brother in the library. She approached silently and she half-hid herself behind a row of books. "Ada," Whillow whispered, afraid to disturb them too much. "Henna says we should set the table, a guest is on their way..." The little girl's eyes flickered around nervously.
Unfortunately for Hogarth, Anna and Beth were the first ones to show themselves. Well... 'show' was too strong of word for it. Rather, they stood at the end of a long empty hallway silhouetted and backlit in an unsettling way. "A playmate," they whispered at the same time. They giggled and ran off, their laughs echoing for a bit before disappearing entirely.
A few minutes later ran into Henna, who told them to stop goofing off and go get ready for dinner. In turn, Anna and Beth told her about the mysterious new guest, but Henna wasn't amused. "Oh geez... I hope you girls didn't scare him!"
